User Data Deletion Instructions

At Reshmika Fashion (https://shop.reshmikafashion.shop/), we deeply respect your right to privacy and personal data protection. In accordance with Meta Platform policies and global data protection standards, users have the full right to request the deletion of their personal data collected through our website, Meta App, or Facebook/Instagram advertisements.

Option 1: Request Deletion via Facebook Settings

If you interacted with Reshmika Fashion via Facebook Login or Facebook App integration, you can remove your activities and data by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find reshmikafashion in your active apps list.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Select “Delete posts, videos or events reshmikafashion posted on your timeline” and click Remove again.
  6. Click View Removed Apps and Websites, select reshmikafashion, and click Send Request to trigger automated data deletion callback.

Option 2: Direct Email Request (Immediate Processing)

If you placed an order or shared your contact information with Reshmika Fashion and wish to permanently delete your customer record, delivery details, and order history from our systems:

  1. Send an email to our dedicated data privacy team at: help.digitalkaj@gmail.com
  2. Use the Subject line: User Data Deletion Request - Reshmika Fashion
  3. In the email body, please mention:
    • Your Full Name
    • The Phone Number used during order placement
    • Your Delivery Address or Order ID (optional, helps identify records faster)

Data Deletion Timeline & Confirmation

Upon receiving your request:

  • Our technical team will verify and permanently delete your personal identification information from our databases within 48 to 72 hours.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code once the data purge is complete.
  • No further promotional SMS, phone calls, or retargeted ads will be directed to your contact details.
