2. Cash on Delivery & Order Verification

  • We offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh with zero advance payment required.
  • Before dispatch, our customer support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify recipient details and address.
  • Customers are entitled to inspect the parcel exterior or verify package integrity in front of the delivery rider upon delivery.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka: 24 to 48 hours. Outside Dhaka: 48 to 72 hours via reputed courier services.
  • In case of delayed deliveries caused by courier logistics or natural disruptions, our team will proactively keep you informed.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

We take pride in our product quality. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with photo/video evidence.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund without hassle.
